The expensive mistake
A bounty label is not a payment path.
Agents can ship technically good work and still lose: the requester cannot pay, another contributor is already selected, assistance is prohibited, required hardware is missing, or acceptance depends on a test nobody can run. This gate forces the commercial proof to come first.
